Order Confirmation

After you place an order with us, you'll receive an email confirmation. This email will include your order number, item details, and shipping address. 

Shipping Confirmation

Orders can take up to two business days to process and ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and is on its way. Orders cannot be changed at this time.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories; as well, as internationally outside the U.S. 

Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all orders over $50 (pre-tax), and $6.00 for all orders below $50. Expedited shipping is available for an additional $10.00. Order processing may take up to two business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to international addresses with FedEx International Economy. International orders are charged a dynamic rate based on address and weight. This service includes VAT and delivery duties paid prior to arrival, so you don’t have to pay anything out of pocket upon delivery!

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Simply fill out this form to request a return, and send the item back to us using the address below.

When returning your item to us, you must include the original packing slip or the order confirmation number that was emailed to you. Packages returned to us without either of these may receive a delayed refund. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Since FCTRY is not responsible for return packages that get lost in transit, we recommend using a shipping method with delivery and tracking confirmation.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will refund your money to the card or payment platform you used to pay. This can take around 5-7 business days to process. Any item(s) returned after 30 days of receipt will not be eligible for refund.

 

Exchanges

The best way to exchange your product is by returning the original item and purchasing the correct item in a new order.

Cancellations

To request cancellation, please fill out this form before 10:00 AM EST on the business day following the day your placed your order. Generally, for non-preorder/non-expedited orders, we try to permit order changes up to 10AM EST of the next business day after you placed your order because we try to get everything out as soon as possible.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have processed your cancellation or received your eligible returned item(s). Damaged items will not be eligible for refund. Refunds only cover the cost of the item(s) purchased and do not include any shipping or handling charges. Any item(s) returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product. This takes about 5-7 business days to process.
